Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ZIJ Investment Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the zijinvestmentgroup.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

SMS Terms & Conditions

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from ZIJ Investment Group LLC using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). These messages may include offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We will not send more than the stated frequency without your additional consent.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP reply, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

Prohibited Activities

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.
